any one there to help me get me out of this fanstsy world

i always think the spirits are around me and the world they soon gonna rule the world thye often come to my dream and they wishper me to help them ...but i cant i m not alive i already dead .... i dont know that until i was trying to be happy and live again ... but i am dead soul which trys to live !!!!!!!!!11
